      Poor Leadership and Terrible Infrastructure

      Ability to work from home Decent benefits

      Cons

      Sales oriented leadership. They lure people into the door by making exaggerated claims about profitability and technology. They also talk about how good their infrastructure is but in reality they are extremely cheap and lack experience. They had numerous technical issues that trading firms figured out years ago. If they are selling you on their systems, performance, etc dig very deep into their claims.
