      Employee appreciation is unbelievable they are always doing something new and fun to let us know they care!Family atmosphere, pay just went up raise was over$2 an hour! I get free lunches.The management is great they work with my schedule I am not going anywhere!

      Free lunch if you want processed foods

      Cons

      Management is horrible the Administration needs fired for false documentation's and never being there for employees , short staff at all times only state minimum accepting patients that harm other resident's or need constant 1:1 care and depriving others of care. Management will not stand behind employees if you value your License do not work there.
