Hard-working employees are not properly compensated; pennies for raises if they are given. The ever changing bonus program is inconsistent. Benefits are too expensive. Ability to move up based on who you know. Positions are created and filled in secrecy; no company posting. Overall company culture has a high toxicity caused by the executive team talking about one another and playing the finger-pointing game. The behavior is allowed because the president has never done anything about it in four years.

The leadership team dysfunctional. They talk badly about each other to the staff, they have no follow through and they rarely work. The president allows this to go on and participates in the dysfunction. They don't honor their bonus structure and they rarely give promotions or pay raises.
