      Pros

      HCL has really become one of the best Survey Departments in the Denver Metro area. They have a great group of people who all work together as a team. They have a great diversity of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Short staffed like everyone else. They do not seem to hire just anyone just to fill a seat and are sure to hire for culture fits and not just experience.
