      Novice Health care company with IT background

      Pros

      Financially Strong. Have a lot of patience to learn in the health care field even if company is in losses. Have strength to employee any talent as and when required.

      Cons

      Have no idea how Health care market works in India. Too much dependent on US partners to show path in general operations and strategy decisions. Want to change the Indian health care scenario US way without understanding deeply the market dynamics.Do not have any leader from Indian Healthcare back ground. Have top bottom approach.

      Not fit for Doctors

      Pros

      If you want to screw your life...come to this place. It has no patients, no academics, poor growth etc. Of course, despite no work, like a prisoner biometric attendance and under 30 minutes lunch break is mandatory. Doctors will be questioned by receptionist if they are late by even 5 minutes and marketing guy will get preferred hearing over a doc..... JUST NOT A PLACE TO BE IF YOU ARE A DOCTOR. Period.

      Cons

      No Patients. No clinical advancement. No increment in salary. poor work conditons. No academic growth. These are a bunch of crooks who would even go back from verbal commitment given at the time of joining, saying show us the written commitment..

      I like the fact that this company is trying to challenge the status quo in healthcare industry and completely believes in the principles of inclusiveness and transparency.

      Cons

      Since the company is creating a new industry on the preventive healthcare, the work hours for now are very long but exciting
