In the spirit of full transparency, I wrote a glowing review on this same site about a year ago. I had not utilized GlassDoor up to that point and posted my review in response to suggestion(s) from upper management. That review, in general, reflected my own feelings at the time and were my own words. Because of that earlier posting, I felt somewhat obligated to also post this follow up. There has been a very recent cultural shift away from transparency and the equitable treatment of employees across reporting levels. I'm not stating that we are significantly different than the majority of organizations in this regard, but candidly, we are no longer different. Within certain lines of business, we are now trending towards treating our non-exempt employees as eminently expendable with our HR resources fully enabling this unfortunate paradigm shift. This has come at significant expense to our clients as our dwindling retention rates and associated turnover is affecting our quality of work. There are at least 2 service areas where management treatment of employees has been particularly egregious. There have been readily discernable falsehoods about the circumstances openly communicated while at the same time many of us were directly informed to not contact those affected. This most likely sounds like a familiar scenario to most. Like I said, it's not bad here, it's just not different anymore.
