Pros

The job requires physical stamina and therefore keeps you in shape. Receive training on taking outdoor portraits. Long breaks if needed.

Cons

No chance for advancement whatsoever. The company has their 3 main "real" photographers and, that's all they want. You have to walk about 10 miles or more per day running photos and taking photos in 100 degree weather. High risk of heat exhaustion and passing out. I nearly passed out once from overheating.
