Pros

HD Education offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for students and part-time professionals. You have the freedom to design your own lesson materials and tailor your teaching to suit each student’s needs. It’s a great opportunity to improve your communication, teaching, and time management skills.

Cons

Since tutors are responsible for preparing all teaching materials, the workload outside of class can be high, especially during peak seasons. There’s also limited structured training or peer collaboration.
