      Pros

      Coworkers are great and everyone is super nice. There’s a Christmas bonus and they do take care of employees.

      Cons

      While they did say it would be an “unsupported” position, it was hard to nail down the details of a day to day schedule.

      We have 25% of our staff who have been here more than 12 years and another 22% that have been here 5-9 years! Currently, its rare that people stay in there jobs more than two years! #teamheco
