Worst job I ever had. Management is very prejudiced and unfriendly. They don't provide enough training and when you ask questions they get irritated with you. They put you on probation and then there is no way to get off because they keep you down instead of bringing you up. They want more from you but have no suggestions as to how to achieve it. If you are not the select group you will not get any where. if you have other options don't go there and if you no other options don't stop looking elsewhere.
