Lack Of Attention To Detail

Pros

In my time with this company I should've became a smoker. Apparently if you were a smoker you got to have an unlimited amount of smoke breaks. Boy did I miss out! There were also a handful of employees that would show up late consistently for whatever the reason. This relates to a previous review as it appears they just make their own schedule and show up when they want.

Cons

- Some supervisors/management seem extremely uninterested in what is going on, and appear to be in their own world most of time. - Customer first, at the expense of the employees at times. - Mediocre pay. Get with the times! - Little to no chance for career advancement.

Pros

The staff are hard workers and easy to get along with. Grandfathered BCBS Insurance that is very good. no one riding you or standing over you all the time.

Cons

Lacks the right people in the correct position from the middle to bottom to make the company a better place to work, average turnover and excessive work load do to being under staffed in every department. Get your money before you start, big on promoting with a new title and responsibility but no pay with it, but a promise that it will come.

Benefits. President. Regional Sales Managers. Great customers.

Cons

No training. Everyone wants to argue with me when I have a question. No help. The Manager is useless.
