Pros
A haven in a day and age of fake corporate culture. From day one you can roll up your sleeves and use your talents to contribute. Solutions are built with customer relationships in mind. Respect and civility aren't used as currency, they are shared values that fuel confidence, accountability and trust. Talented, involved and diverse team who work with unified purpose and a good sense of humor!
Cons
Healthcare benefit options for out of state employees are a bit steep.

I left my industry of 25 years to join this Silicon Valley startup and all early indicators are that I made the right decision. I've worked for 7 companies and the folks here are by far the most intelligent and down-to-earth of any team in my career. Everyone's committed to building something really special in the commercial real estate space.
Cons
It's a truly global team with folks on both coasts plus Singapore and London so it's not for the 9-5 crowd. Requires a blended work/life approach to be successful.
