Nice salary, nice people, interesting projects.

Cons

They said English is also spoken within the company but they don't. I told them at the interview that my German is A2 but still they speak only German, even worse - Schwabish - and I cannot do my job properly (people would need at least B2 to work properly). They are extremely unorganized, offices are dirty. It's definitely not a multi cultural atmosphere as they advertise on youtube! Everything is good marketing!
