Pros

Leaving the company for my mental health.

Cons

Worked 3 days for free as a trial, which I am sure is illegal then instead of a fulltime role as on job description, was told to use an ABN to become a contract worker. This means no benefits of leave, sick or others. Work from 8:30am to 6PM 30min lunch break No kitchen Constant yelling from leadership team Belittling most of the staff unless you are part of the management team No direction

Pros

AU accounting experience with no interview

Cons

The communication style within the company sometimes felt abusive, leaving employees feeling demoralized and disrespected. Additionally, remote staff faced exploitation, often being required to work grueling 10-hour shifts without any benefits. This disregard for employee well-being made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance and contributed to a sense of dissatisfaction among the team. Prospective employees should carefully consider these issues before joining HEQS. It's essential to evaluate whether the company's practices align with personal values and expectations. My aim is to highlight these concerns to help others make informed decisions about their employment
