1, Technical Skill enhancement :- Company has wider client base wherein you will learn a lot and explore multiple technologies to widen your technical skill. 2.Company core values and no band aid approach is something i like most. 3.Great work environment and great team to work with . you will find a work life balance working with such a great team to always back you up in any incident. 4. Leadership is very supportive and provides excellent mentorship opportunities for career growth
Cons
nothing to point our with years of work with Heroic. A company is not 100% perfect but small things was not to be highlighted as those are remediated over time.
