Regular Employees are great, executive leadership is brutal
Pros
There's a handful of regular employees that are amazing to work with and are a joy to see on a daily basis.
Cons
No benefits You're looking at starting bottom of the barrel and getting a .50 cent raise every 6 months, if any raise at all. Depending on the time of year you start, you could work up to 18 months before receiving your PTO. This is by design because it seems the company churn is so high, it keeps people who are on the way out the door from getting paid days off before they leave. I personally watched everybody that got hired on around the same time as me, leave, and half the people who got hired after me leave as well. Once you get your PTO, good luck getting time off, they run a skeleton crew so any single absence is treated as 'screwing your team over'.
