Management is focused on ensuring that each team member has a clear career path and expresses expectations of what is needed. Firm has a wonderful team of hard-working associates that truly embody a team approach.
Cons
Only con is that at times things can be quite busy, but that is truly a positive as it enables you to learn valuable firm and industry knowledge.

Great team- every colleague is collaborative and supportive in times of stress, and quite fun! They are smart and hard-working people. If you work hard, are honest, and are willing to be a team-player, you will blend in right away. The Business Manager is the team's champion, looking after every team-member and always working to improve the organization and culture. The CIO and CEO are smart with extensive career experience and available to share their knowledge in mentorship. There are great opportunities to grow within the company's structure, particularly if you work on developing your skills and adding value to the team. Benefits are great, 100% covered health insurance, including dental and vision. Plus, flexible paid time off.
