      Great educators who truly care about students and have fun.

      Cons

      They are constantly short staffed so will use to wherever they need you without extra compensation. This is a business so things are usually up in the air until they have confirmed enrollment.

      -You have to deal with challenging students. -Workload varies from very manageable to overwhelming. -Administrative support not the same in all locations. -Requires you to adapt quickly.
