They've managed to hold on to some really good people HQ has a nice atmosphere varied and fulfilling work

They've managed to hold on to a lot more worse ones. Morale could be better Prospectives have looked better

You get respect from the comunity If you are operational, then there is a good work life balance

Bad pay Bad senior management that dont care Nepotism is rife Neil Odin is invisible and seemly unwilling to fight for those that work here Too much power in the hands of people that dont feel the impact of their poor decision making Invisible decision making processes Too much focus of "tick box" appointments insead of ability based. Too many old manager reingaging that clearly are out of touch
