Pros
One of the best performing investors out there. Colleagues are very smart and there's a lot to learn from them.
Cons
Nothing really, working hours can be long but that's the industry and it's much better than other places I've worked at before

OK reputation for tech investing in Europe.
Cons
Destroy companies they buy. Terrible owners. Do not know when to cut and when to invest. I feel bad for companies they buy and the people they fire without thought and have never seen such poor management of a portfolio. I realise layoffs are part of the pe investing process but they just don't know what they are doing and people are hurt as a result.
