Great place to work. Fun and supportive office.
Pros
As a single working mum, I’ve genuinely never felt so supported or listened to in a workplace. Flexibility and understanding aren’t just talked about here — they’re actually practised, which makes a huge difference. Senior management are approachable and present; their door is always open, both literally and figuratively, and feedback is welcomed and valued. The pay is very competitive, and the company invests in its people beyond salary, with regular, genuinely fun team-building events that help create real connection rather than box-ticking exercises. The office environment is incredible — a space full of inspiring, talented people who quickly become more than just colleagues. There’s a real sense of team, trust, and shared purpose, which makes coming to work something I genuinely enjoy.
Cons
The pace can be fast at times, and the standards are high, which may feel demanding if you prefer a slower or more structured environment.
