      Pros

      Most of the coworkers are decent hardworking nice people. Good diversity of people.

      Cons

      Employees are constantly disrespected and get into literal screaming matches with the higher up. Pay and conditions are very poor. Very tense and stressful environment. Not worth the minimal pay and no benefits. There is a high turnover rate with the employees

      Gained valuable experience by developing and implementing my own marketing systems. Built skills that have strengthened me in future roles.

      Emotionally abusive and unstable management. High turnover rate, especially in the marketing department. Gaslighting and manipulation are common tactics. Only worry about yourself—management is solely focused on their own ideas and image. Positive reviews are often written under management pressure. Lack of psychological safety and professional respect.
