      Has very high standards. Treats employees fair and considers all recommendations forwarded to management. They are upfront and Chrystal clear on what is expected and you can rely on what they tell you, their values are the highest.

      To be blunt about it, it pays the bills.

      Cons

      There is an expectation of being at the owner's disposal 24/7. There is definitely some unfair treatment, as well - some rules only apply to the people they want it to apply to.
