*Flexible Schedule *Great Benefits *The residents are the best, and helping them everyday is what makes coming to work rewarding.

Cons

Because HHHunt is a real estate company, they treat the Spring Arbor Assisted Living Facilities just like their apartments/condos/homes. Nevertheless, elderly housing differs from conventional housing because the residents need constant care and upgrades to their living quarters. An assisted living facility is more than just an apartment building to dump elderly family members, however, the company does not seem to realize that. This is evident in how hesitant they are to replace supplies, or to fix broken areas of the building.
