Great camaraderie but recent layoffs have hurt morale

Pros

When I started working, I feel very much appreciated and looked forward to working for the company for the years to come. Colleagues were genuinely friendly and helpful and shared a culture of camaraderie.

Cons

Fast forward to 2024, the restructuring started and a lot of good employees were let go without clear or transparent layoff selection process. The people who were in the company longest were one by one let go and even the CEO was replaced. Moreover, it seems like they are inconsistent with what they are offering for laid off employees.

Since joining the company, my onboarding has been really bad and the company has gone through 3 restructures in the space 11 months of me being there. Colleagues aren't helpful at all. There are no documentation or trainning provided to help you forward.
