      Pros

      There's good communication with anyone within the company, be it a team member or a VP; you can reach out to anyone without shame if you needed something from them. The product on its own is a niche yet so low competition so far.

      Cons

      The company's product (app) is HUGE so it takes a lot of time to get used to it, and training time is not enough.
