I spent 6 months at Hipay. The management is deeply toxic and dysfunctional, characterized by excessive and suffocating micromanagement. No training or support is offered. My manager, whose behavior is particularly problematic, constantly criticized colleagues and other departments, creating a palpable anxious atmosphere and constant fear within the team. Her comments were often borderline unacceptable. My work was judged without real knowledge of my skills, and there was no constructive feedback. She clearly needs to be coached and trained to learn how to manage a team in a healthy and effective way. Furthermore, the company offers a complete lack of flexibility for remote work and provides low salaries, which only adds to the general dissatisfaction. Hipay is a company to avoid. The department was catastrophic and urgently needs an overhaul and an immediate change of manager. I hope things will change for future

Not international enough, closed-minded management strategy. Lots of infighting between departments for budget control and brand awareness. Limited or no career growth options in most departments. Bad at taking budget or strategy decisions.
