Pros

Ability to work from home; flexible hours (mostly)

Cons

Low pay, first of all. And bad benefits, which they only pay for part of. I really like my immediate supervisors, but the higher-up bosses regularly make sudden, unpredictable changes to the expectations, threaten to fire people (or just suddenly fire them, without warning), and lash out with questionably legal tactics to avoid any kind of worker organizing. Also, they hire people through several different shell companies (most recently Talentopia, but there are/have been at least three others), and there's just a very shady, screw-over-your-employees attitude, so you really have to keep an eye out. There's a ton of turnover, which means the people still there get regularly overworked, so clients complain, and that gets taken out on the same overworked employees, so turnover increases....

Pros

-bonuses generous -leadership at the team level is excellent -extremely thorough training -friendly co-workers -employee lunch provided Thursdays -flexible hours

Cons

-base pay comparatively low -leadership at the upper level exceedingly poor (sets unreasonable goals and impossibly curtailed deadlines during peak season) -highly uneven workload throughout the year -no community cohesiveness due to very high turnover rate -unreasonable noncompete agreement severely curtails opportunities after leaving firm -employee online activity constantly monitored -> leads to asocial environment/ "walking on eggshells" mentality -only get a 20 min break total over the course of an 8-hour day; strict "no talking" rules

Pros

The writers and team leaders that you interact with regularly are very hardworking and compassionate people.

Cons

Upper management makes rash, harmful, and often cruel decisions without considering their employees. There is little to know consideration for employees, the base pay is not great and requires tons of extra work to make a decent living, and the work environment is incredibly toxic as things currently stand.
