      Pros

      management is great, friendly enviroment- you are rewarded if you work hard. If a problem arrises management works with us to resolve it

      Cons

      I found some employees ruin it for the rest of us- they do not do their job and complain about everything. We ended up picking up their slack- luckly these 'workers' were let go so we could enjoy a better working enviroment.

      Company management is very generous with social events, such as barbeques, team building events and family oriented activities. Great team atmosphere where employees help each other out when necessary.
