      If you have any self respect stay away from this company and all of the senior management.

      Pros

      Pat McGinnis is a great leader, listen and learn if you have the opportunity. The Product Managers in the US are awesome people and very knowledgeable about the industry.

      Cons

      The Canadian side are tough to work with, often talk down to those in the US. Seem like they don't like working or taking any feedback as their approach is a bit abrasive.
