Salary is decent for the industry

Cons

The CCO is a tyrant and his influence is flows through senior management. Many people are extremely stressed and some have left yet the company refuses to look inwards.

Great company, Toxic Culture

You get to meet some amazing people who are passionate about what they do. Products and vision really do aim to help people.

Cons

Extremely toxic culture of belittling certain individuals, talking down to people, gaslighting individuals, setting no expectations yet expecting to meet unrealistic timelines, little to no feedback given when asked, no clear goals given to the employees for the year, no sense of autonomy or delegation of duties, micro management of more senior employees, no feedback requested when employee leaves therefore no ability to understand core issues that are systemic in certain teams.
