      Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with Deep understanding of restaurant operations and compliance requirements High-quality workmanship across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ADA, and general construction Clear documentation, detailed scopes, and professional reporting Able to handle emergency repairs as well as long-term preventative maintenance

      High demand can sometimes affect scheduling during peak periods (a sign they’re trusted and busy) Quality work comes at a fair market price—not a “cheap fix,” but worth it for reliability and compliance

      HMAC is a partner venue with Live Nation that consistently brings in awesome artists and events. Two separate venues within the same building make for a very exciting environment to work. Great bar staff and security staff on-site during shows

      Cons

      Two separate venues within the same building can create some headaches when running shows simultaneously. Multiple 12+ hour days, sometimes back to back to back in busy season.
