      Pros

      Really good benefits thanks to owner. He has gone above and beyond to care for all of his employees.

      Cons

      Management is taking over and not staying true to the owners values, mainly due to market issues and maintaining profit margins and keeping their jobs.

      Okay pay. Its a fast growing company with lot of things to learn The CEO is great. super laid back and smart guy, unlike his managers

      Cons

      Terrible management. Very micromanaging and would not recognize hardwork so you feel like your effort is meaningless. There is no room for error so prepare to be yelled at if mistake is made Most of all, Conflict of interest is everywhere. I dont even understand how its even acceptable in a company setting like this.
