Become friends with people and keep in touch. Some processes were helpful. Decent work life balance.

Cons

Lots of processes and excessive micromanagement. Ex-cess-ive. No trust. No communication. No growth. Health insurance is really expensive.

There are some smart, passionate people at HMT, however those people all end up leaving for better and more challenging opportunities

Cons

Toxic work environment where gas-lighting is an everyday occurrence and opinions and questions are not welcomed. Every task no matter how big or small is a micromanaged process led by the “leadership team” aka the family. If your looking for a place where to-do lists are high priority and thinking outside of the box is discouraged due to fear of actually doing something different, then welcome aboard to this robotic factory. If not, run away as fast as you can.
