    Career Progression within company, remote work, good work / home balance

    Cons

    Poor management, poor communication, member needs are discarded, no annual raises given to members but hiring large amounts of people, high turnover

    Hard to find many pros

    Cons

    There are haves and have nots in this company and town. The organization is a cliquey and not accepting of outsiders. Things may have changed now that there is a new CEO, but hard to break/change at the lower levels and how people work.
