Toxic work environment Toxic company culture Underpaid staff High turnover rate HNN and Devco corporate do not care about the people that do the frontline work or the people they are supposedly helping. They truly only care about the profits like every other big corporation.

4/10 schedule do you have 3 days off!

Horrible management does not care about the employees or residents.Pays the lowest amount I have seen for leasing.

What keeps people here is the compensation, benefits and appreciation from the owners. Without it, they wouldn't have staff.

Cons

No job or paycheck is worth your mental health and they don't have your back (even HR ) but each other's because they're all family and friends and will bully you to the ground together!!
