      Pros

      Work is connected to very innovative and interesting product. Most of the colleagues are very friendly. Working time is not very strictly defined. Very international working environment.

      Cons

      Very inadequate compensation, that does not correspond to the amount and complexity of work that is performed. Very chaotic working environment and project management, in terms of not having well calculated technical processes, planning and strategy. Overtime work is not compensated neither financially, nor with any possibility to have additional free time. Very few possibilities to develop your technical skills as well as have any prospects of further career growth.

      Thank you very much for your honest feedback. 2018 was a time when HOLOPLOT was just taking off as a tiny company and we know that resources were very limited. We have been working hard to improve the situation ever since. There's still room for improvement, but now we have a learning and development process in place, as well as many training opportunities, clear career levels and a salary structure and a policy for overtime work.

      Pros

      Time flexibility. Flat hierarchy. Friendly and open colleagues. Some other additional benefits.

      Cons

      Very loud and chaotic working environment. My advice to anyone experienced applying for the company is to bargain for the salary very hard early on. If not - you will be taken advantage of, and payed (if lucky) a junior level salary for the position that requires experience and qualification.

      Pros

      Great product, get to learn about sound & science & innovative technology, independent work, flexible working days.

      Cons

      Some positions are underpaid, misbalanced team (gender-wise), open-office (loud and chaotic environment), chaotic project management, ask to use own computer (several months, even after the trial period ends).

      Thank you very much for your honest feedback. The start of 2018 was a time when HOLOPLOT was just taking off as a tiny company and we know that resources were very limited. We have been working hard to improve the situation ever since. There's still room for improvement, but now everyone gets their own equipment, and there's also a budget for home office equipment. We also provided several phone booths and built new meeting rooms around the office. We are also striving to increase diversity and inclusion within the company and have started a few initiatives there. Also, we have had a second location in Berlin for more than 3 years, so the open office is a lot more pleasant now.
