      Nice office perks but high expectations lead to burnout

      Pros

      The office was a nice environment, quite spacious, always snacks and good drinks of course. Always nice perks for company-wide meetings. Very international team. Fast pace can be fun if you like that.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and touch points across teams, feels very distant. High expectations and little understanding. Honestly very likely to burn out in this environment... also do not expect a promotion unless you literally want no social life

      - Still energized every morning to do great work. - Ambitious, kind teammates; fun, ego-free collaboration and real friendships. - Fast growth = constant opportunity; best for people who like change and progress.

      - Work hard, play hard. The team is definitely committed to execute on a clear and ambitious strategy. If you’re unsure about your motivation, this won’t be a fit.
