1. Unprofessional company - no such thing as a process. And you will be asked to justify your salary everyday. 2. HR is terrible. It protects the corrupt system of the company and not the employees. 3. Nobody gets FnF after resigning. They will very creatively get out of giving you your money. 4. Positive reviews on Glassdoor are fake. I have seen literally managers and the CEO write reviews, which then employees post with their name. 5. They had over 120 negative reviews on Glassdoor so they shut that account and created a new one. 6. Politics is top class here. People know how to steal credit and how to put others down. 7. Owner talks to people as if it's some kiraane ki dukaan and you are a minimum wage worker. 8. You will slowly start doubting yourself because every time you make the smallest mistake the boss will start to question your salary. 9. Even if your parent dies, you will be no shown no mercy and asked to come to office and cooperate. 10. CEO micromanages everything like he has nothing better to do. For example, writing positive reviews and giving them to employees to post lol. Worst mistake during my career. I hope you don't fall into the trap. Money can never be greater than peace of mind.. and I must thank HONO for this life lesson.

There are many factors which are cons, if you want to be treated like a slave and getting paid for it then go ahead and join the company, some cons are mentioned below. 1. No culture - There is no culture in this company, seniors don't have the etiquette to talk to people, no employee engagement activities, and no motivation 2. No HR - Here HR stands for Harassment, being HR tech company they don't follow good HR practices, as the HR department is completely in the hand of CEO and they don't have any powers to make the decisions 3. Policy Change - Don't go with the policy which they will convey at the time of joining, as policy can be changed anytime which suits the organization 4. Abusive CEO - He don't have any manners to talk to the people, and he plays top-down politics, if you agree with him then you are good if not then you will be harassed like anything 5. Attrition Rate - Higher attrition rate is the story of this company, and the joke is HR department has a higher attrition rate, no employee stays with them who have self-respect 6. Salary - The salary date is 7th means already delayed and if you resigned they can hold your 2 months salary and give the FnF after two and half month so imaging then unethical activities they do, also if the business is bad they will start deducting the salary more than 40% without giving you any advance notice 7. Variable Pay - Its a gimmick, don't fall into it as they will never give it in full by giving unrealistic reasons and you cant do anything 8. Unacceptable working hours - Though they will give you option for WFH but will expect that you should work more than 12 hours and should be available 24x7 even on weekends, there is no weekend here 9. Product and support - The product is not at all stable, hence you need to do many activities beyond your KRA, they will expect you to do everything and you will not get support from the team and as well as seniors 10. Project management - No one knows what is project management here, everyone wants to push the ball in others court and only focusing on the deliveries for high paying clients, Sales team set unrealistic expectations with the client and gives falls commitment, and sell the product and later on the delivery and support team will fall in the pit. There are many other cons but cannot be written, before joining just go and search the people who have worked here in the past, they will tell the story, don't go with the positive reviews added here as the company has told employees to add the good reviews forcefully in all the social platform
