      Pros

      The job of helping the community is wonderful. Having a hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      A culture full of toxicity, horrible or non-existent communication between managers and teams. Harassment and bullying environment that is not supportive. More negative praise than positive. Love the work but the management is the absolute WORSE I have ever experienced.
