Great 401k Match, benefits were decent.

Cons

The turnover is insane, mainly because they fire everybody at some point. If they do fire you, don’t expect to get unemployment, they fight every single case and wear it as a badge of honor when they win. The caseloads are huge, the training is lackluster, and the work environment is bad - one of the buildings is basically falling apart. Don’t plan on having consistent heat and air conditioning.

Most of the people that actually do the real work help each other.

HR stood up in front of all the employees and lied about how hard they worked on the benefits package and how they are equal to other places. On all the slides they showed of the pricing showed the deductible as $2400. They did work very hard the deductible for the last 2 years has been $2500. So that just shows that upper management doesn’t have the same benefit package the rest of us got. Plus the fact the insurance doesn’t cover anything and we now have to pay for it. They say our salaries are the same as other companies and they are not. We are paid less. They told us to go find another job if we think we can do better. Guess what, I did and will be making $10,000 more a year.
