Pros
Company is expanding and has a strong brand image, so it helps your resume. And the relationship with the co-workers.
Cons
Terrible management and leadership, nobody listens to any suggestions and the directors would make you change a collection several times even when we were days behind the deadline just because the didn't like (even tho they had seen the collection and approved it).
