Pros

Director is so dedicated. So he writes the fake reviews like "best of the 11 companies I worked so far" to save the image of his company.

Cons

- The biggest con in this company is the management of this company. They don't treat employees as the asset to the organisation they treat them as slaves. They don't appreciate the employee if they extend their hours to do what they tell is urgent, instead they take employees for granted. - They terminated the employees who fought for their right, forcing the employees to accept the chiller hike given by them. Basically a hire and fire culture - There are NO perks about this company. They have no health insurance, no PF. This company started their operations in 2017 in Bangalore. But they don't have EPF. They keep employees count below 20. So it's pretty clear that they don't look for long-term growth and avoid giving benefits to employees. - You believe it or not, they don't have a conference room. They have just one big cabin, director and HR sits there. They interview candidates in the same cabin while an employee having a call with US team in the same room. - Don't bother going to HR with your complaints. They just don't bother. You be targeted for raising complaints. - They write positive fake reviews immediately after every negative reviews. - Finaly, this company is the biggest joke, from management to leadership, they have no clue what they are doing.

HORRIBLE PLACE. AVOID AT ANY COST

Pros

Casual dress code. That's it

Cons

Absolute mockery of an organisation. I'm aware that none of the organisation in the world can be perfect but employees here are made to work like programmed machines though, without even training them. No efforts are appreciated here but the slightest of errors are reported to the top management. One is often compared with someone with 2-3 years of experience which is clearly unfair since everyone's aptitude and understanding is different. The management is mostly useless, so they pass on the blame to their subordinates shamelessly and wash their hands off whatever blunders they made in the first place. HARDLY ANY CHANCE OF CAREER GROWTH AS THEY DO NOT PUT ANY TIME OR EFFORT INTO TRAINING, AND YOUR LEARNING CURVE AND APPRAISAL ARE DANGEROUSLY LOW. HIRE AND FIRE CULTURE. You fired for no reason. HR is incompetent and do not really serve their purpose. HR does not respect your time or you. The way they interview candidates and the way seniors show up late to interview you or sometimes don't even show up just shows how they plan to treat you. In short, not a place for someone who has even an ounce of self-respect and the desire to grow.

Pros

Small team. You can talk to everyone

Cons

Infrastructure, they don't even have ac or proper ceiling fans. They fire people if you are not accepting whatever they are saying. Less number of leaves. Unskilled developers. No procedure which is followed. Ruined up product. Rude behaviour of developers

There is only one software engineer who was fired as other developers were complaining to management about that particular developer for many times, besides that the management gave several extensions of the notice period, while the developer was still underdelivering. Eventually, the developer returned a broken laptop and was not bothered to pick the calls of the HR. Our developers are not rude and are very nice folks who are just smarter and are getting tired of overcommunication of simple things for too many times. If you were serious enough you would call our HR and explain everything.
