      Deep internal politics in companey, No ethics , Rajeev Gautam Is everything in this companey . Your Job Depends on his mood, if ok You will survive or You will Get Terminated. worst organizatin i have ever worked in my life

      Work at your own pace. As long as the work is done and done correctly no one really bothers you.

      Cons

      No real training. Poor management. Not enough employees to get work done when they want it done by. Pay is so low you can't really live off of it so people seek new employment
