      Pros

      The people and the benefits at Hotstart are fantastic. If you're looking for a good, stable job this can be a great place to work.

      Cons

      The wages are not always competitive, and there are not a lot of internal growth/promotion opportunities in administrative departments. If you want to advance your career, this is probably not the company for you.

      Awesome atmosphere! Managers that care and listen. Great benefits program. Opportunity to move up if you are a motivated worker

      Cons

      Not the greatest base pay for production employees. But comparable to the area for this type of work. Decent wage is just a function of how long you've been there.
