      I love this former employer lol, super awesome employee engagement and training programs all year round. such as Power Your Possible, Brain Candy...Tracy's Covid Calender etc... if you are an achiever, you could improve yourself at work and other areas of the business, there are so many initiatives to challenge yourself inside your org. or across the business functions, which you had multiple opportunities to gain visibility to potential sponsors to promote you at work. HP is actually very edgy on the tech front. AI, Mix Reality, Industrial 3D Printing for Astronomy, it's not that cool from outside, but it's super cool in the Labs of Mountainview. Basically, you could develop a whole lifetime career here from an individual contributor to any possibilities.

      Cons

      All I mentioned in the Pros section happen more likely in the US，😂 That's why I left. Such as my former Org. in the APJ area has a quite non-hp feel. Even got commented by business partners " feel like a knockoff of HP“ while they were collaborating with us. Also heard cases of employees who got bullied by their line managers in other offices in the APJ.

      Spineless local management and totally unrealistic expectations. Beware to all sales people, this is not a good move! Print division is a train wreck led by cowboys
