Pros

Somehat diverse Chicago based office doing big but not overly complex projects.

Cons

This firm focuses primarily on developer-driven, market-rate apartment projects, with limited emphasis on community engagement or volunteer initiatives. The organizational structure is quite segmented, with three distinct teams working on very different project types. As a result, the range of projects showcased on the website doesn't necessarily reflect what any one employee will be exposed to. Leadership and HR (particularly Mirna) tend to micromanage, which can create a challenging working environment. Despite the firm's recent growth and influx of new work, much of the production is carried by interns and junior staff, which may contribute to a sense of burnout and limited upward mentorship.

- Work in smaller teams under principles

Cons

- Office micro-management (i.e. trash, hours in/out of office) - Some offensive jokes and commentary from men in management - Play favorites to pay better, promote, and not transparent
