      Pros

      Covered parking garage on summer days is a pro. That's about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management and no communication. Senior management is constantly changing based on fiscal forecasts (if you're division isn't profitable, you'll get a pink slip) and no value placed on new hires. Team integration is non-existent at this place. People aren't valued and are treated poorly. Employees are given two weeks vacation per year, which is barely enough to cover sick days for those of us with children. Such an arcane company. Within one month of my employment, I was looking for a new job. This place is lame.

      Pros

      Got a paycheck. There where a few good coworkers that shared all the struggles. Soda in the vending machines was 25 cents. This is the only company that you will look forward to getting a pink slip.

      Cons

      PSC has more managers then workers. Management will not listen to there employees, extremely hard headed and have ZERO technical skills. The company has ZERO tolerance for handicapped employees and only provides catastrophic type benefits. Currently PSC is suffering because of the downturn in the oil business and layoffs happen weekly.
