Upper Management says they are there to support you but in fact it is all just talk. All they care about it meeting deadlines and working you to death. This is across the board not just in certain departments. You are expected to work weekends/evenings/holidays and you can forget about vacations, they will expect you to work during those too. They will not hire additional staff to support the workload. They will tell you to delegate to others but those others are seriously overworked also. Family life pays for the excessive number of hours you work. They may be a good PM Company to their clients but they will not lift a finger to help their employees.

Upper management needs to focus on local office management treatment of employees. Very stressful work conditions and does not promote from within.
