Pros
I spent time as a senior designer with HPPY (formerly Hppyhour Digital). My role was to work on large client projects across a variety of sectors. I found the work challenging and rewarding. The team was solid and although we worked hard I found there was a good work/life balance. I learned a lot from the team and I hope I was able to impart some of my experience as well. Overall I really enjoyed my time at HPPY and would recommend this place this is looking for a rewarding challenge.
Cons
Some of the positives also has a few drawbacks. I found myself wearing multiple hats and had to learn a few things that weren't my area of specialization. I did like the learning opportunity and challenge to push myself but I found at times it might of been better served to have some of my responsibility handled by someone else. No regrets, I learned a lot.

Growth opportunities and flexible work hours
Cons
Adjusting to changes and remote work, and burnout. That's how a start up is though.
